Ordered from Function18 the parcel showed up sooner than I expected.
I had the dispatch email through quickly, and the tracking was simple to follow, so I wasn’t left wondering where it had got to.

Everything was packed properly too, but the delivery speed was the big thing for me. If this order is anything to go by, they seem on the ball. I’d happily use them again...

It’s not terrible and I can probably still wear it, but I’m a bit tired of having to double-check measurements and deal with sizing surprises every time I shop. The sizing looked like it would be spot on, but when the trousers arrived, they felt a bit different than I expected, which obviously sent me spiraling for about five minutes. Delivery was fine, not lightning-speed or anything, but it got here. The quality seems decent for the price, though I wouldn’t exactly start shouting from the clubhouse rooftop about it. I’d probably buy again if there was a solid deal on.

I picked up a couple of golf tops from Function18 and, to be fair, the prices were better than a few other places I checked. Delivery was perfectly fine as well, nothing to complain about there. I’m not totally convinced it’s always the best option, since some sizes seemed to disappear quickly, but if the price is right I’d probably order from them again.

The person helping me was really clear and kept everything simple, explained what was going on and got it sorted with no hassle. Makes such a difference when customer service is actually useful lol. Would def use them again.
